Future Generation Art Prize 2027 Open Call Extended Until 19 July

Due to numerous requests from artists around the world, the Future Generation Art Prize is extending its Open Call for the 2027 edition.

The new application deadline is 19 July 2026 (inclusive), giving emerging artists an additional three weeks to complete and submit their applications.

Since its launch in 2009 by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and PinchukArtCentre, the Future Generation Art Prize has become one of the world’s leading international awards for emerging artists. The Prize seeks to discover, recognize, and provide long-term support to a new generation of artists working in any medium and from every corner of the globe.

The Future Generation Art Prize 2027 offers:

  • A US$100,000 Main Prize
  • Up to five Special Prizes with a total value of US$20,000
  • International visibility and career development opportunities
  • The chance to present work to an internationally renowned jury and selection committee
  • Long-term support and inclusion in a global community of artists

The extension is intended to give more time to artists who have already started their applications, as well as those who have only recently discovered the opportunity.

Artists aged 35 and younger, working in any medium and based anywhere in the world, are invited to apply. If you have not yet submitted your application, this is your opportunity.
